The room was quite large and clean. the location allowed me to explore without public transportation. two bottles of water were complimentary in my room. I found that a PLUS.
the service this time around WAS disappointing. none of the staff helped me with my luggage cart upon arrival. a BUG was crawling around in my room. the management didn't offer any compensation.

i found a good offer when i booked. i received a cute reception and they offered me orange juice. the executive lounge was well stocked. elevators were fast. the front desk service proved very helpful .
the room was very hot and the air conditioning could not be turned on. i remained in that room for multiple days. this was not a pleasant experience.

i appreciated the convenient location to many places. the lobby was excellent and large. the elevators were quick and offered a panoramic view.
The control panel in my room lacked a cover, thus my room was lit up at night. It was slightly annoying.
